3. Visitor Notice
*October 24, 2025 (Friday) is Professional Visitor Day. Entry is restricted to pet industry professionals, media personnel, and invited VIPs only. Pre-registration as a professional visitor is mandatory for entry.
*October 25-26, 2025 (Saturday-Sunday) are Public Visitor Days. The public can visit during this period (tickets available via Upet official channels & authorized third-party platforms).
*All public visitors to the 2025 Upet Pet Life Exhibition must purchase tickets online in advance with real-name registration. On the day of visit, visitors must scan their original ID card and comply with relevant requirements for orderly entry. Those without pre-purchased tickets must buy tickets on-site (subject to availability; tickets may sell out in advance). Tickets are subject to daily caps and will not be sold once sold out. Please follow the Upet Pet Life Exhibition official account for ticket purchase notices. One ticket allows registration for one person only. Children under 1.2 meters tall enter free. Those exceeding the height limit require a real-name purchased ticket (using ID number). Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
*All ticket types are subject to daily caps and will sell out once reached.
*All ticket types allow only one single-day entry per person during the exhibition period.
*All tickets are strictly for the purchaser's use only. Transferring tickets invalidates them.
*Pets are not allowed to be brought by visitors.
*The 2025 Upet Pet Life Exhibition will strictly implement an ID card/passport recognition system. Except for force majeure, all tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Registered tickets are non-refundable. One ticket admits one person. Please bring your valid ID document (ID card/passport/Taiwan Compatriot Permit, etc.) to ensure your right to enter.
*Please purchase tickets ONLY through the official Upet Pet Life Exhibition channels or authorized partner platforms. Reselling or hoarding tickets is strictly prohibited and illegal. Tickets obtained from unofficial channels will be confiscated upon discovery, denying entry. Serious offenders will be reported to public security authorities.
*Visitors requiring an invoice should fill in the invoicing information within the ticket purchase system to apply.
